Downeast Maine Property Management, LLC is a locally owned and operated rental and property management firm. Our services include rentals: apartments, townhouses, single-family homes, as well as a mobile home park with leased lots and rent-to-own manufactured homes.

Our Sister Company: Broughman Builders Inc.

The sister company, Broughman Builders, Inc., maintains the rental units when maintenance is needed, on a timely basis. Mike and Daisy Wight, the owners, oversee and operate the businesses, with attention to new construction including customized modular homes in all price ranges, along with general contracting for turn-key home packages. Daisy is an Associate Broker with Realty of Maine, and will assist tenants when they are ready to build or buy a new home.
